El Morro is located in Lecherías, between Pto. la Cruz and Barcelona. This spot has a large ridge that ends at the ocean, which allows long dymanica flights, taking advantage of the strong winds. This flight is about relaxing!

El Morro has two take offs, depending on wind direction:

N-E launch can be reached taking the road to the right of the security house, and follow the road till you see the locals or just follow the GPS coordinates mentioned above. It is important to check out wind speed before taking off, so that you won´t find yourself flying backwards!

The flight is quite simple, you have the whole ridge to soar as well as the nearby buildings to stay up in the air and you can even spy a little into the appartments! ; )

Western launch can be reached by following the left road from the security house. You can recognize it by a huge round tank in the back, and you can take off from the road.

To land, you can either do it at the top or at some road below.
